Rats on Illawarra loading docks
Dock doors, pallet stacks and drain pits are the usual rat paths on warehouses in Unanderra, Dapto and Albion Park Rail.
Industrial rodent jobs start at the dock, not the lunch room. Rats follow the food on pallets, the gap under a roller door, and the warm motor pit. Treat those first.
Brad Watkins will walk the perimeter, look for smear marks and droppings, and talk about proofing where a door can actually be sealed. Licence 5072681.
Bait stations belong where staff will not kick them and where forklifts will not crush them. Ask where they will sit before the visit.
One Stop Pest Management Services handles industrial sites after commercial kitchens. Call 0410 890 387 with the suburb and whether the dock is 24-hour.
