Do you treat commercial sites as well as homes?
Yes. Commercial work is first — cafes, retail and offices — then industrial warehouses and workshops, then residential houses and units.
How much does pest control cost?
It depends on the property, the pest and whether you need a one-off or a program. Quotes are free. Call Brad with the suburb and what you are seeing.
Are treatments safe for staff, children and pets?
Registered products are used as labelled. You will get clear re-entry times. Pack away bowls, toys and food before the visit.
Do I need a termite inspection in NSW?
Coastal Illawarra buildings with timber and moisture should be inspected regularly, and always when buying or selling.
Is the business licensed?

What pests are common in the Illawarra?
German cockroaches in kitchens, outdoor cockroaches after rain, huntsman on brick, redbacks in meter boxes, ants on benches and pavers, subterranean termites in timber, rats in roof voids and silverfish in damp laundries. See the photo ID guide.
Can you identify a pest from a photo?
Usually. Text a clear photo to 0410 890 387 with the suburb. Food-business cockroaches and mud tubes should not wait.
What if someone is bitten or a child touches bait?

Are jobs refundable?
Change of mind is not refundable once a booking is locked in. If the service has a major or minor failure under the Australian Consumer Law, you still have those remedies — we cannot sign them away. Read the Refunds policy and Terms.
Are you liable if pests come back or someone has an accident?
We must use due care and skill. Treatments are not a lifetime guarantee. We do not accept liability for change of mind, ignored re-entry times, or bites from pests on a property we do not occupy, except where Australian law does not allow us to exclude it. Full wording is in the Terms.
